Where Do We Ship?
Kokonote ships to any part of Spain, except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as international destinations, subject to the specific conditions of each country. Currently, we do not ship to America. Shipments to countries outside the European Union may occasionally incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are committed to managing and preparing the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Returns: You can return any product within 14 days of receipt.
