2. Start and end date:
The draw will begin on December 19, 2024 and end on December 22, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Participation requirements:
Those who meet all of the following criteria can participate in the draw: be over 18 years of age, reside in Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and have an active Instagram account.

6. Sending the Prize:
The pack will be assigned randomly, although the winner will be able to choose the shoe size.
7. Selection of the Winner:
Winners will be chosen randomly using specialized software, ensuring the randomness of the process. The announcement of the winners will be made on December 23, 2024.
8. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, an alternate winner will be chosen.
9. Claiming the Prize:
Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Personal Data:
Personal data collected during this giveaway will be used exclusively for its administration and will not be shared with third parties. It will be handled in accordance with current data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of participants' information.
11. Limitations of Liability :
Miguelink SL and Genuins Sales SL are not responsible for any problems arising from participation in the draw or the use of the prize. Once the product has been delivered to the winner, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another. Likewise, Miguelink SL and Genuins Sales SL do not assume responsibility for the method or conditions under which the prize is delivered.
12. Disqualifications and penalties :
If any participant is found not to meet the requirements stipulated in the rules of the draw, or if the data provided to participate prove to be invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prize awarded.
In addition, profiles created specifically to participate in raffles or those that present characteristics of fake profiles will be excluded from the prize. Profiles that meet any of the following conditions will be considered fake:
- He doesn't have a profile picture.
- Has 15 followers or less.
- Has 5 posts or less.
Additionally, only one account per person will be allowed to participate. If it is detected that the same person has participated with more than one account, that account will be disqualified from the draw.
13. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction:
This draw will be governed by the legislation in force in Spain and any dispute related to the draw will be resolved in the competent courts of Granada.
14. Acceptance of the Rules:
By participating in the draw, participants fully and explicitly accept all the conditions and terms set forth in these rules.
15. Return Policy:
The prize cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
16. Ineligibility of employees:
Participation in the raffle is not permitted for any member of the company's staff.
