  1. Start and end date:

The draw will start on 29 January 2025 at 12:00 pm and will end on 29 January 2025 at 23: 59 pm.

  1. Participation requirements:

Those who meet all of the following criteria can participate in the sweepstakes: be over 18 years of age, reside in mainland Spain (except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and have an active instagram account.

  1. How to Participate:

To participate in the draw, follow these steps: follow the @kokonote_ account on Instagram, mention whoever you want and share the publication in your stories. If your account is private, remember to send us a screenshot.

  1. Prizes:

An Idole Gazette diary will be raffled at a price of 22,90€.

  1. Selection of the Winner:

The winner will be selected randomly using specialised software. We reserve the right to make this selection at random. The winner will be announced on 30 January 2025.

  1. Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

  1. Prize Claim:

The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. Personal Data:

Personal data collected during this prize draw will be used solely for administration and will not be shared with third parties. It will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of entrants' information.

  1. Limitations of Liability:

Miguelink S.L. cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from participation in the prize draw or use of the prize. Once the product has been delivered to the winner, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. Miguelink S.L. cannot be held responsible for the way in which the product is delivered.

  1. Disqualifications and penalties:

If it is discovered that any participant does not comply with the requirements stipulated in the terms and conditions of the prize draw, or if the details provided to participate turn out to be invalid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the prize draw, losing all rights to the prize awarded.

In addition, profiles created specifically to participate in sweepstakes or those that present characteristics of fake profiles will be excluded from the prize. Fake profiles will be considered to be those that meet any of the following conditions:

- It has no profile picture.

- It has 15 followers or less.

- It has 5 publications or less.

Additionally, only one account per person will be allowed to participate. If it is detected that the same person has participated with more than one account, an account will be disqualified from the draw.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

This prize draw will be governed by the laws in force in Spain and any disputes relating to the prize draw will be resolved in the competent courts of Granada.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By entering the prize draw, entrants fully and explicitly accept all the terms and conditions set out in these rules.

  1. Return policy:

No return or exchange of the prize is permitted under any circumstances.

  1. Ineligibility of employees:

Participation in the prize draw is not permitted for any member of staff of the company.
