RETURN POLICY
In compliance with Article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree, the buyer has 14 working days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision and without penalties.
Refund method:
The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used in the purchase.
Returned product conditions:
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The shipping label must be placed on the same packaging received, without damaging the condition of the product or its packaging. If this is not done, Kokonote may not refund the full amount.
Products that include promotional gifts must be returned with the gifts for a full refund. Candles can only be returned if they are unused and in perfect condition.
This right can be exercised through our email support@kokonote.com. Although it is not mandatory to justify the reason for the return, it would be very helpful for us to know it, and thus facilitate the management of the returned product.
Shipping costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer. If the reason for the return is that the customer is not satisfied with the item, Kokonote will not hesitate to refund the entire order, except for shipping costs, as long as the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. If the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Kokonote will be responsible for the costs of the return and the new shipment.
WARRANTIES
Repair and replacement shall be free of charge for the user. Such free of charge shall include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, in particular shipping costs, as well as costs related to labour and materials.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
