ORDER PREPARATION

If you make your purchase before 12:00, your order will be prepared the same day (orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day).

If your purchase is made after 12:00, the shipment will be prepared the following business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery takes 48 to 72 hours for Spain and Portugal, and 3 to 5 days for the Balearic Islands, considering working days. In Europe, delivery may take 4 to 10 days.

Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouses, not from the date the order is placed.

Important: During high demand dates (such as Black Friday, special promotions or Christmas campaigns) and holidays, shipping times may be affected. In these cases, deliveries may be delayed due to the volume of orders and saturation of transport companies.

If the shipping company visits the address provided and does not find anyone, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown on the website and will be calculated during the purchase process. Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of the order and the destination.

Specific conditions depending on the destination

Spain and Portugal:

Shipping costs are €3.99. However, they are free for orders with a total value of over €30.

Balearic Islands:

Shipping costs are €5.99. They are free for orders with a total value of over €60.

Germany, Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands:

Shipping costs are €5.99. They are free for orders with a total value of over €60.

Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic and Austria:

Shipping costs are €9.99.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland and Greece:

Shipping costs are €16.99.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Kokonote ships to any part of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to international destinations, subject to the specific conditions of each country. Currently, we do not ship to America.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may occasionally incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the buyer's responsibility. We undertake to manage and prepare the necessary documentation for customs clearance.

When placing your order, you can pay in any of the following ways:
