In our catalogue you will discover a wide range of products with original designs that follow the latest trends. Our star product is diaries, but we also have different collections that include stationery products (notebooks, pen holders, bookmark sets...) and lifestyle products (bottles, mugs, toiletry bags, candles, coasters...)
Where is Kokonote located?
We do not currently have physical stores. All our products are available exclusively through our online store.

Do I need to be registered to place an order?
You do not need to be registered to place an order, as you can do so as a guest.
What payment methods can I use?
When placing your order, you can pay in any of the following ways:
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card through the Redsys virtual POS.
- Apple pay, Google pay and popular payment methods through Stripe's virtual POS
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched or in transit by contacting Kokonote via email.
Products not available
If a product is listed as “unavailable,” it may be because it is out of stock or not yet in stock. On the product detail page there is a section where you can request to be notified by email when it becomes available.
Promotional codes
If you have a promotional code, you can apply it to your order once you are in the shopping cart. The discount will be applied directly to the total price of your order.

Where does Kokonote ship?
We ship to any part of the national territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. International shipments are allowed depending on the conditions of each country (check before placing the order).
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery time will be 48 to 72 hours for the Peninsula and 3 to 5 working days for the Balearic Islands.
For shipments outside of Spain, the delivery time will be 4 to 7 business days for countries in the European Union and 8 to 13 business days for destinations outside the European Union.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
What are pre-order products?
Pre-order products are those that you can purchase in advance before they are in stock. This ensures that you get the product as soon as there are units available.
When do pre-order products ship?
Pre-order products will be shipped from the estimated date indicated in the item description.
If your order includes several products, and some of them are pre-ordered, shipping will take place when all items are available.

AFTER-SALES
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If any of the products in your order arrive damaged, you must contact us so that it can be replaced with another in good condition.
It is necessary to attach by email a photo of the damaged item, another photo of the packaging and a third photo of the shipping label that is affixed to the packaging itself.
Our team will review your case and provide you with replacement instructions.
Product returns
You have 30 business days from receipt of the order to return the product.
Shipping costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.
