These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply strictly to all product sales made through the online store www.kokonote.com.

Any order placed on www.kokonote.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions shall apply to the corresponding order as well as to any subsequent order, except where new conditions are expressly provided by www.kokonote.com.

The fact that www.kokonote.com does not enforce any of these conditions at a specific time cannot be interpreted as a waiver to enforce them in the future or in the past.

Prices

All prices published on www.kokonote.com are in Euros (€) and include VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the product prices.

Product offers displayed on www.kokonote.com are valid within the limits of available stock and while displayed on the website. The store reserves the right to cancel orders containing typographical or pricing errors.

Discount vouchers will have specific validity periods and conditions of use. Please check the specifications of each voucher before applying it.

Payment methods

When placing an order, customers may freely choose one of the following payment methods:

Product

The offers presented by www.kokonote.com are valid within the limits of available stock and the established dates of each promotion. The store reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on supplier availability.

Shipping

Products will be delivered to the address provided in the order form.
Invoices will be sent to the email address registered by the customer and can also be accessed through the customer account.
No orders will be dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Orders are considered delivered once the courier hands the package to the customer and the delivery receipt is signed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the goods upon receipt and to note any anomalies on the delivery slip.
