Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and will vary depending on the weight of the order.
Delivery: 48-72 hours (working days). If you place your order before 12:00h, your order will be prepared the same day. If you place your order after 12:00h, the shipment preparation will be done the next working day.
Additional Information: The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouses, not from the date the order is placed. If the shipping company visits the provided address and doesn't find anyone, they will contact you to coordinate a new delivery.
Where Do We Ship?
Kokonote ships to any part of Spain, except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as international destinations, subject to the specific conditions of each country. Currently, we do not ship to America. Shipments to countries outside the European Union may occasionally incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are committed to managing and preparing the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
Returns: You can return any product within 14 days of receipt.
