DELIVERY TIMES

If the purchase is made before 12:00 PM, the order will be prepared on the same day (orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday). If your purchase is made after 12:00 PM, the shipment preparation will take place on the next working day. As for the delivery time, it will vary depending on the shipping option chosen by the customer: express shipping (24 hours) or standard shipping (48/72 hours).

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping has a delivery time of 48 a 72 hours for Spain and Portugal, and 3 to 5 days for the Balearic Islands, considering working days. In Europe, the shipment can take from 8 to 10 days, while for the rest of the countries outside Europe it can take between 10 and 15 days.

The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse, not from the date the order is placed.

In case the transport company visits the address provided and does not find anyone, they will contact you to coordinate the delivery at another time.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are not included is the prices shown on the website, but will be added during the purchase process.

The shipping cost will vary according to the weight of the order. In Spain and Portugal, shipping cost will be freeif the total value of the products exceeds 30€ and you are registered on the website (this option will be applied at the end of the purchase process).

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Kokonote ships to any part of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to international destinations, subject to the specific conditions of each country. Currently, we do not ship to America.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may ocasionally incur additional duties and taxes, which will be the responsability of the buyer. We undertake to manage and prepare the necessary documentation for customs clearance.

SAFE PAYMENT

When placing your order, you can make payment using any of the following methods:

• Bank transfer. Please note that orders paid by bank transfer are not guaranteed product availability until the payment is received. These orders will be held for 4 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after the order is placed. If the transfer is not made within this time, the order will be canceled.

• Credit/debit card. With a secure connection to provide peace of mind for customers.

• PayPal.
