2. Start and end date:
The sweepstakes will begin on October 3, 2024 at 10:00 h and end on October 6, 2024 at 23:59 h
3. Participation requirements:
Those who meet all of the following criteria can participate in the sweepstakes: be over 18 years of age, reside in Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and have an active instagram account.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, follow these steps:

5. Prizes:
3 packs will be raffled, consisting of a Kokonote diary, to choose between the Idole models (Seasonal Flower or Vintage Forest), with an RRP of €22.90 each, and a pack of products from the HYSEAC range, including a New Skin Booster Anti-Imperfections Serum, Hyséac 3-Regul+, and a Drying SOS Gel, with RRP of €29.50, €16.90, and €14.60, respectively.
6. Prize Delivery:
The winner will be able to choose a planner from among the Idole Seasonal Flower or Idole Vintage Forest models.
7. Winner Selection:
There will be 3 winners, who will be randomly selected using specialized software. We reserve the right to make this random selection. Winners will be announced on October 7, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
8. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, an alternate winner will be chosen.
9. Prize Claim:
Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Personal Data:
Personal data collected during this sweepstakes will be used solely for administration and will not be shared with third parties. It will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of entrants' information.
11. Limitations of Liability:
Miguelink S.L. and Laboratorios Dermatológicos Uriage, S.L., cannot be held responsible for problems arising from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize. Once the product has been delivered to the winner, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. Miguelink S.L. and Laboratorios Dermatológicos Uriage, S.L., cannot be held responsible for the mode or form in which the product is delivered.
12. Disqualifications and penalties:
If it is discovered that any participant does not comply with the requirements stipulated in the sweepstakes rules, or if the data provided to participate turn out to be invalid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the sweepstakes, losing all rights to the prize awarded.
In addition, profiles created specifically to participate in sweepstakes or those that present characteristics of fake profiles will be excluded from the prize. Fake profiles will be considered to be those that meet any of the following conditions:
- It has no profile picture.
- It has 15 followers or less.
- It has 5 publications or less.
Additionally, only one account per person will be allowed to participate. If it is detected that the same person has participated with more than one account, an account will be disqualified from the sweepstakes.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws in force in Spain and any dispute related to the sweepstakes will be resolved in the competent courts of Granada.
14. Acceptance of Rules:
By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants fully and explicitly agree to all terms and conditions set forth in these rules.
15. Return Policy:
No return or exchange of the prize is allowed under any circumstances.
16. Ineligibility of employees:
Participation in the sweepstakes is not permitted for any member of the company's staff.
