  1. Start and end date:

The draw will begin on October 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and end on October 6, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

  1. Participation requirements:

Those who meet all of the following criteria can participate in the draw: be over 18 years of age, reside in Spanish territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and have an active Instagram account.

  1. Awards:

3 packs will be raffled, consisting of a Kokonote diary, to choose from the models Idol (Seasonal Flower or Vintage Forest), with a RRP of €22.90 each, and a pack of products from the range HYSEAC , which includes a New Skin Booster Anti-Imperfections Serum, Hyséac 3-Regul+, and a SOS Drying Gel, with RRP of €29.50, €16.90, and €14.60, respectively.

  1. Prize Delivery:

The winner will be able to choose a diary among the models Idole Seasonal Flower either Idole Vintage Forest.

  1. Winner Selection:

There will be 3 winners, who will be selected at random using specialized software. We reserve the right to make this selection at random. The winners will be announced on October 7, 2024 at 12:00 pm .

  1. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via Instagram and will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time frame, an alternate winner will be chosen.

  1. Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Personal Data:

Personal data collected during this giveaway will be used exclusively for its administration and will not be shared with third parties. It will be handled in accordance with current data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of participants' information.

  1. Limitations of Liability :

Miguelink SL and Laboratorios Dermatológicos Uriage, SL, are not responsible for any problems arising from participation in the draw or the use of the prize. Once the product has been delivered to the winner, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. Miguelink SL and Laboratorios Dermatológicos Uriage, SL are not responsible for the method or manner in which the product is delivered.

  1. Disqualifications and penalties :

If any participant is found not to meet the requirements stipulated in the rules of the draw, or if the data provided to participate prove to be invalid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prize awarded.

In addition, profiles created specifically to participate in raffles or those that present characteristics of fake profiles will be excluded from the prize. Profiles that meet any of the following conditions will be considered fake:

  • Doesn't have a profile picture
  • Has 15 followers or less
  • Has 5 posts or less

Additionally, only one account per person will be allowed to participate. If it is detected that the same person has participated with more than one account, that account will be disqualified from the draw.

This draw will be governed by the legislation in force in Spain and any dispute related to the draw will be resolved in the competent courts of Granada.

The prize cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
