What is Kokonote? 

Kokonote is a Spanish brand of high-quality agendas, stationery, decoration, and accessories designed to be part of your everyday life. 

What products can I buy at Kokonote? 

In our catalog, you can find products with original designs following the latest trends. Our flagship product is academic agendas, but we also have different collections that include stationery products (notebooks, pencil cases, folders, notepads...) and decoration items (coasters, placemats, mugs, decorative prints...). 

Where is Kokonote located? 

Kokonote does not currently have a physical store. All our products are available for purchase exclusively online. 

ORDERS 

Do I need to register to place an order? 

It is not necessary to register to place an order, as you can do so as a guest. 

What payment methods can I use? 

You can pay by credit card, through PayPal, by bank transfer and Apple and Google play. In the case of a bank transfer, the order will not be completed until the transfer has been made. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or while it is in transit. To do so, you must contact Kokonote via email. 

Unavailable products 

A product is unavailable if it is out of stock or if there is no stock of it yet. On the product detail page, there is a section where you can request to be notified by email when it becomes available. 

Promotional codes 

If you have a promotional code, you can apply it to your order once you are in the shopping cart. The discount will be applied directly to the total price of the order. 

SHIPPING 

Where does Kokonote ship to? 

We ship to any part of the national territory (Spain) except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. International shipping is allowed depending on the conditions of each country (please check before placing the order). 

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

The delivery time depends on the type of shipping you choose. If you select the standard shipping option, it will take 48 to 72 hours for the Peninsula and 3 to 5 days (business days) for the Balearic Islands. 

For shipments outside of Spain, the delivery time will be 8 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

How much does home delivery cost? 

If you choose standard shipping (28/72 hours), the shipping cost is €3.99. For shipments outside of Spain, the price will vary depending on the country. 

Shipping is free (Spain and Portugal) if the total order amount exceeds €30. 

PREORDER PRODUCTS 

What are preorder products? 

Preorder products are those that you can purchase in advance on the website before they are in stock, ensuring that you have them when units become available. 

When are preorder products shipped? 

Items on preorder will be shipped starting from the estimated date indicated in the product description. If your order contains multiple items and includes a preorder product, it will be shipped once all the items in the cart are available. 

AFTER-SALES 

What should I do if my product arrives damaged? 

If any of the products in your order arrive damaged, you must contact us to have it replaced with a new one in good condition. 

It is necessary to attach a photo of the damaged item, another photo of the packaging, and a third photo of the shipping label attached to the packaging via email.

Product returns 

You have 30 business days to make a product return. The transportation costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer. You can find more details in our Shipping and Returns section.
